Austin Heart would like to recruit an advanced practice provider to join the largest cardiology group in Central Texas in Harker Heights Candidates:Board certified ACNP FNP or PALicensed in the state of Texas or ability to obtainPracticing at the Harker Heights office with two interventional cardiologists and one non-invasive cardiologist; may include outreach locations such as Lampasas TXCall requirements: 12 weekends per yearOffice hours: Mon-Thurs 8-5 Friday 8-4:30Start date: ASAPLicensed in the state of TexasThe APP is responsible for obtaining patient histories and performing examinations ordering testing and developing a treatment plan monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and providing patient education under the direction/supervision of the supervising cardiologistThe candidate should have a strong background in EHR as well as possess high-level organizational and communication skills Incentive/Benefits Package:Competitive salaryFull benefits including health dental vision 401k with matchingCME allowancePTO
