The Role includes assisting one of our key recruiters in a job share capacity to:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our front line team members ensuring our individual portfolios recruitment needs are met
- Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
- Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
- Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Collaborate closely with your team sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded
The Person:
- Experience in volume and/or white collar recruitment ideally within hospitality or site-based environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
