Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager oversees delivery governance sprint execution and cross-team coordination for an enterprise-scale data engineering program. The role ensures predictable delivery effective communication and alignment between engineering teams and business/technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery including planning sprint execution and release coordination
Serve as liaison between engineering teams and business/technology stakeholders
Drive Agile governance ensure backlog readiness and maintain delivery velocity
Identify program risks cross-functional dependencies and mitigation strategies
Align engineering priorities with delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Principal and Lead Engineers
Oversee resource planning dashboards and reporting
Required Skills:
1015 years of technical project/program management experience
Strong exposure to Data Engineering or Big Data program delivery
Excellent stakeholder management communication and governance skills
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and associated tooling
