Responsibilities
Thermoforming Operator - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park IL
Do you have experience working in Extrusion Thermoforming and/or as a Plastic Machine Operator We want you on our TEAM!!!
Compensation:
- Pay range $21.32 - $26.93 per hour
- Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
- Add EXTRA money to your paycheck by referring friends and family
- Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*
Hours: 7AM to 7PM rotating schedule with every other weekend off
- Must be able to complete all training required (procedures equipments safety)
- Basic operator PM and/or equipment cleaning
- Perform visual inspection of products; identify attributes to quality in thermoform product
- Willing to work other duties or tasks as needed
- Create shipping labels
- Wrap palletized load
- Must be able to lift and install roll shaft into roll
- Must be able to use hoist to put roll onto unwind stand
- Must be able to feed material through thermoformed and trim press
- Must be able to make learn simple adjustments (Heats cycle time)
- Must be able to identify and fix jammed material in grinder and put line back into production
- Three (3) years of manufacturing or related experience operating and/ or running plastics processing equipment (thermoforms)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal required
- Strong Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Ability to read and operate micrometer (s)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proven track history of good attendance
