Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization strategy for legacy applications transforming monolithic architectures into microservices-based cloud-native solutions.
- Define end-to-end architecture for modernized systems ensuring scalability security and high availability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess existing codebases and design modernization roadmaps.
- Architect solutions to migrate applications to Platform or other target platforms leveraging containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
- Establish technology standards best practices and performance benchmarks for modernization projects.
- Drive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for refactored systems and integration layers.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows and automation into modernized architecture where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with security regulatory and operational requirements during migration.
- Advocate for DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for modernized applications.
- Mentor development teams on modern architecture principles microservices design and cloud deployment strategies.
Required Skills
- 1215 years of experience in solution architecture and application modernization.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture API design (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid deployments.
- Solid understanding of legacy system analysis refactoring strategies and migration planning.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) and backend technologies ( ).
- Familiarity with AI integration Agentic AI frameworks and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform Ansible).
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect Kubernetes Administrator TOGAF or AI/ML certifications.
- Experience in industrial or IoT platforms.
