Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Proofread various documents for accuracy and consistency
- Correct spelling grammar punctuation and formatting errors
- Ensure all content meets company standards and guidelines
- Work closely with writers and editors to improve overall quality of content
- Review and edit reports proposals manuals and other materials
- Provide feedback on writing style and clarity
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communication or related field
- Proven experience as a proofreader or editor
- Excellent knowledge of grammar punctuation and spelling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different style guides (e.g. AP Chicago)
Salary & Benefits:
