Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to clients inEastpointe MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities ensuring their safety and promoting their well-being in a supportive and respectful manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers ensuring client safety at all times.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from Eastpointe MI work locations.
- Must pass background checks and meet any local regulatory requirements.
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends or holidays as needed.
