Job Summary
Product management at Amazon requires cross-functional leadership. As a portfolio owner you will make data-driven product decisions and collaborate with business teams leaders and dedicated User Experience (UX) design and engineering our agile environment you will:
-Design and build integrated planning systems that handle complex workforce scenarios
-Create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated planning accessible to business leaders
-Develop AI-driven recommendations to guide strategic workforce decisions
-Partner with Finance HR and business teams to revolutionize workforce planning

About the team
Were building Amazons enterprise-wide workforce planning solution that transforms how leaders align their talent investments with business needs by creating a unified trusted data platform. Our team integrates historically disconnected systems and data sources to enable leaders to model plan and evaluate workforce decisions in real-time using embedded intelligence to guide them toward optimal talent decisions. Working closely with Finance PXT and business teams were creating a comprehensive planning ecosystem that helps ensure Amazon has the right people in the right roles and locations to serve customers effectively.
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
