Job Summary

The RAF Inclusion Team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join as SO3 Project Delivery supporting the delivery of strategic Inclusion initiatives across the RAF. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of RAF culture and capability through inclusive practice collaboration and innovation.

Role: As SO3 Project Delivery you will be responsible for the successful delivery of RAF Inclusion projects whether generated within the RAF (sS) or by Defence. You will play a key role in shaping the RAFs inclusion landscape working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to benchmark communicate and embed best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery: lead and coordinate the delivery of RAF Inclusion projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
Deputising for SO2 Delivery: provide continuity and leadership in the absence of SO2 Delivery maintaining momentum and oversight of key workstreams.
External Liaison: engage with external organisations and Other Government Departments (OGDs) to benchmark RAF Inclusion outputs and identify best practice as well as opportunities for collaboration and improvement.
Subject Matter Expertise: act as the RAFs SME for Inclusion best practice supporting the Headquarters and RAF Units in adopting best practice in this area to aid continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: build strong relationships across Defence RAF units and Inclusion Networks to ensure inclusive practices are understood adopted and sustained.
