About the Role
As part of their strategic international expansion our partner is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Lead to join their Sales team. This role will be pivotal in launching and accelerating the companys growth in İstanbul and Ankara leading office sales nurturing client relationships and ensuring a world-class member experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen a passion for people and proven experience in B2B sales commercial real estate coworking or office leasing. This role is both relational and strategic: you will drive new business sustain long-term client partnerships and represent the companys community-focused culture at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales goals for workspace memberships and office solutions.
Business Development: Identify engage and convert prospects into long-term members through strategic outreach and tailored proposals.
Client Management: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Stay informed on local market trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities within the flexible workspace sector.
Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation and tours to negotiation and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing operations and community teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
Reporting: Track sales performance conversion metrics and forecasts for senior management.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of our partners brand embodying values of creativity collaboration and community.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Urban Planning or a related field
58 years of experience in B2B sales commercial real estate coworking or service-focused environments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Turkish and English
Strong sense of ownership proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
