Job Summary
Are you an innovative Design & Technology Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity within a high-performing Independent School A respected Independent School in Derby is looking for a talented DT Teacher to join their specialist DT faculty from January 2026.
About the Role:
This full-time permanent DT role involves delivering high-quality DT lessons across KS3KS4 contributing to KS5 where appropriate supporting workshop activities and helping develop design and engineering projects.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a DT/Engineering degree
Holds QTS/PGCE
Can teach DT confidently at KS3KS4
Is creative practical and organised
Works well in a collaborative DT faculty
