Job Summary
## Summary
This role provides technical support to internal users of the companys accounting ERP system ensuring stable and reliable system operations. The analyst handles secondary-level user inquiries resolves issues and supports business continuity. A background in accounting is preferred to better understand user needs and system processes.
## Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal accounting ERP system users (KWE Group).
- Monitor system performance and ensure stable operations.
- Handle secondary-level inquiries escalated from first-line support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize disruption to accounting workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to maintain system integrity and improve processes.
- Document issues resolutions and provide feedback for system enhancements.
- Support business continuity by ensuring timely resolution of user problems.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen user support capabilities.
## Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance IT or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and workflows is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Bilingual ability (English/Japanese) preferred for cross-team collaboration.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple support requests.

- office-based.
- Occasional overtime may be required to resolve urgent system issues.
