ServiceNow Professionals (Multiple Roles, 5+Years)

SynGrow Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT consulting firm delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions to global clients.

We are hiring multiple ServiceNow professionals across various modules with 5- 10 years of experience to work on enterprise implementations integrations and digital transformation programs.

Workplace: Hybrid / Onsite (Role-specific)
Locations: Bangalore / Kolkata / PAN India
Employment Type: Full-Time

Tasks

• Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications
• Work on ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM FSM SPM Telecom Automation or Architect roles based on expertise
• Design and implement workflows flows scripts and catalog items
• Build integrations using Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Ensure CMDB accuracy CSDM alignment and platform best practices
• Support implementations upgrades migrations testing and production support
• Collaborate with stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 410 years of ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules
• JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer Workflows
• ITIL process knowledge
• Experience with Integration Hub APIs CMDB Discovery (role-specific)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory for most roles)
• CIS / CAD / ITIL certifications good to have
