Job Summary

Job Description:

Develop structural design concepts models and detailed drawings for residential buildings.
Perform structural analysis (concrete steel foundation and load calculations).
Prepare structural drawings BOQs and design documentation.
Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural feasibility and coordination.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IS codes NBC and all applicable standards.
Collaborate with architects consultants and project teams for seamless project execution.
Prepare design reports safety assessments and design revisions as required.
Review and approve structural shop drawings and contractor submissions.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen.
