Account Representative
Full-Time Customer-Facing Growth-Focused Role
Location: Tampa FL
Are you a people-first professional who loves building relationships solving problems and driving results Were looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our team and serve as the key connection point between our clients and our this role youll manage ongoing accounts support customer needs identify opportunities for growth and ensure every client receives outstanding service from start to finish.

What Youll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
Build strong trusting relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Understand client needs challenges and goals to provide tailored recommendations
Manage account activity including renewals updates product education and service requests
Conduct outbound outreach to check in on accounts gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Track performance metrics service issues and growth opportunities in the CRM
Support new client onboarding by ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations
Collaborate with internal teams (sales operations support) to resolve issues quickly
Present product updates promotions or new service options to existing clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs
Prepare reports meeting notes and account summaries for leadership
Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness at all times
Who You Are
Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
Organized reliable and comfortable juggling multiple accounts at once
Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
Confident presenting products services and solutions to clients
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Motivated by hitting targets and helping clients succeed
A team player with a positive attitude and strong follow-through
Preferred but not required:
13 years in account management sales customer success or customer service
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.)
Background in marketing SaaS events or retail sales
