Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: French-speaking Customer Support Agent

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 900 (paid 14 x per year) Euro 100 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.63 net Euro per working day food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday – 24/7 operation - Rotational shifts including night shifts 2 rotating days off per week

Relocation package: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months Rent: €280 per month utilities included Rent deducted directly from payslip.

The Role

We are recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a global payment solutions provider offering one of the world’s largest business technology platforms. The platform supports businesses of all sizes by enabling them to sell anywhere manage inventory process payments communicate with customers book appointments order online and streamline daily operations.

In this role you will provide high-quality B2B customer support assisting business clients in optimising their use of the platform and resolving technical or account-related queries. Support is delivered in French and English across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalised B2B customer support to business clients
• Handle customer interactions via phone email and/or chat
• Assist clients with: Account identification and verification Platform usage and feature-related queries Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines security procedures and client processes
• Accurately verify account information before providing support
• Provide clear tailored solutions to enhance client experience and platform usage
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Escalate complex issues when required following internal procedures

Requirements

• Fluent French and English
• Previous Customer Support experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details
