What this role is all about

As a Solution Engineer youll be a key technical expert in the region designing and delivering tailored Infobip solutions that power exceptional customer experiences. Youll typically work on complex highprofile projects owning opportunities end to end from discovery and solution design to delivery and integration. Youll collaborate closely with both regional and HQ teams acting as a technical opportunity lead who determines the right resources based on project complexity. Youll also mentor other team members and serve as the goto technical advisor for customers partners and colleagues. Depending on your strengths you can work as a generalist or specialize in areas such as CX consultancy partnerships specific products or industry verticals.

What youll do

  • Deeply understand customers businesses and map Infobip products and solutions to their strategic goals and use cases.

  • Design and document complex solution architectures technical integrations and effort estimates based on detailed requirements.

  • Lead technical conversations with customers and partners including demos proof-of-concepts scoping workshops and handling technical/security questionnaires.

  • Configure and customize Infobip solutions ensuring implementations for new and existing customers are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

  • Create clear technical documentation meeting summaries and solution enablement materials that support successful delivery and adoption.

  • Design conversational workflows and strategies (dialog flows wireframes templates) for Infobip Answers and other Infobip products.

  • Share best practices mentor junior team members and provide marketdriven feedback to improve our products and internal ways of working.

What makes you a strong fit

  • 35 years of experience in a solutions engineering implementation or presales role ideally in a B2B tech environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Handson experience in project implementation and scripting (e.g. JavaScript Java Python PHP Ruby C# Go).

  • Solid understanding of software development and integration concepts (APIs web services data flows system integrations).

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.

  • Clear confident communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed timelines in a fastpaced environment.
