Job Summary

As a Senior Test Engineer you will:

Prepare execute and maintain manual and automated test cases across functional and non-functional areas.
Perform end-to-end test preparation test execution defect tracking and test reporting.
Work closely with developers business analysts and product owners in Agile multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to test planning estimation and test strategy aligned with Agile delivery.
Support and enhance test automation initiatives and frameworks.
Ensure quality standards are met for applications within the Banking domain.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Banking domain.
Strong experience in manual testing processes including test design execution and reporting.
Practical exposure to test automation with an affinity toward expanding automation coverage.
Experience working in an Agile way of working with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of test management processes and methodologies.
TMAP and/or ISTQB certification is an added advantage.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Translate business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios.
Execute testing independently while mentoring junior testers when required.
Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Identify risks report defects clearly and contribute to quality improvements.
Balance manual and automation testing efforts based on project needs.
