Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to support high-acuity diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical proficiency knowledge of radiologic and cardiovascular principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve superior patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Specials Vascular or Cardiac Cath Lab technology.
Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.
Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare procedure rooms equipment and instrumentation for cardiac catheterization and interventional vascular procedures.
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac peripheral vascular and specialized procedures.
Perform specialized radiographic imaging to evaluate cardiac and vascular structures.
Conduct hemodynamic monitoring documenting waveforms pressures and procedural data accurately.
Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention and safety standards.
Operate calibrate and troubleshoot equipment to ensure procedural accuracy.
Transport patients to and from the lab efficiently.
Support the care comfort and education of patients and families throughout procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collaborate with cardiology nursing and allied health teams for seamless procedural operations.
