If you have a passion for working with seniors and have experience as a caregiver in assisted living and memory care then come onboard with us!
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a memory care setting
- Experience with activity and redirection needs in a memory care community
- The creativity to get residents involved and active in meaningful moments/interactions throughout the day
Able to work at least one weekend day
- Can commit to a set schedule
Diligent in documentation attention to detail
Excellent work ethic taking initiative without direction
Able to problem solve and use positive innovation with solutions
Interested in learning and growing your skill set advancing in the field
- Have the motivation and heart to be apart of a team leading the industry in residential memory care!
