In this role you will be responsible for providing HR support for client group Leaders Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters as well as coaching HR process expertise and other general HR activities. You will have In-depth understanding of key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish your work. You will also have an In-depth understanding of how your work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership: Directly working with the leaders and providing business partnership. The role in specific would involve defining people priorities; organization structure; promoting culture and customize people programs that are required to address people or leadership need.

  • Leadership Development: Partnering with people leaders directly to provide enriching experience for their team. There would be opportunity everyday to coach the people leaders on performance development career navigation conflict management workforce planning reward and recognition and many more. The ultimate success of this role would depend on making people leaders as self-directed people leader who exemplify leadership.

  • Employee Advocacy: As an employee advocate the HR Manager would be expected to design & deliver employee experience interventions. This would mean providing them with seamless employee lifecycle moments such as onboarding assimilating performing and progressing.

  • HR Process Champion: The role would have various facets of HR Center of Excellence in it such as Compensation & Benefits expert Talent Acquisition partner Learning and Development advocate and Operations champion. This would mean being familiar with policy process and practice and bring them to action to ensure we are compliant and consistent.

  • Mission Based Workforce: From time to time there would be many taskforces that would get formed to complete mission-based activities and the role holder would have opportunity to contribute to them in the interest of the larger organization also as a personal learning moment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A masters degree from an accredited university or college in a related field or an equivalent qualification

  • With at least 6 years of relevant experience in a Technology or IT Product organization.

  • Prior global business exposure proven ability to deal with and lead through uncertainty/ambiguity large scale change difficult conversations Org restructuring design to deployment behavioral psychology coaching influencing Etc.

  • Previous work experience in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage

Desired Characteristics:

  • PHR/SPHR certification

  • Learning orientation thinking out of the box pushing boundaries storytelling desire to punch above your weight networking diversity of thought & deep HR functional skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen resulting in the ability to connect dots and drive

  • HR agenda with proactive thought leadership

  • Strong storytelling ability crafts a clear and engaging message

  • Ability to work in changing environments see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce

  • Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and willingness to deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience

  • Excellent collaboration project management organizational and change agent skills

  • Ability to energize and lead in complex matrix goal-driven organization.
