Job Summary
Responsibility
Responsible for the upkeep maintenance husbandry and provision of all field catering equipment Responsible for the allocation and provision of catering equipment for all Commando Force exercises and operations To act as Equipment Manager using the JAMES management system to ensure all OFCS is managed correctly Responsible for the upkeep and husbandry of hangar storeroom Carry out monthly Tier 1 Field Catering CMT Checks Deliver departmental training to remain in date with current policy Order stores to ensure OFCS has a complete equipment schedule Ensure failure reports are raised for defects and returned for repair
