Personal Lines Producer
Hybrid / Flexible Lakewood NJ
A well-established growing insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer to join its Personal Lines team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in standard personal lines who is interested in long-term growth and career advancement & future leadership opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing
Produce new Personal Lines business with a focus on standard personal lines and ideally some exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) accounts
Manage and grow a large established personal lines book
Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and team to support renewals and retention
Build long-term client relationships through consultative sales and service
Operate autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through
Utilize AMS360 (preferred not required)
What Theyre Looking For
Active P&C license
Strong background as a Personal Lines Producer (standard personal lines required; HNW a plus)
Ideally 5 years of experiencethough flexibility exists for the right professional drive and skill set
Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Coachable and team-oriented
