Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in New York NY.

Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED (Required)
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Active NYS Radiography License & NYS certification to inject contrast (Required)
ARRT Certification (Required)
Minimum 1 year of Diagnostic Imaging experience
X-ray experience required
IV certification required
Proficiency with EMR RIS HIS PACS and modality-specific software
Experience with Toshiba Aquilion One (Required no training provided)

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans following established protocols.
Set appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure optimal imaging quality.
Complete daily equipment calibration and document all QC checks.
Administer contrast media per NYS guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and workflow using EMR/RIS/PACS.
Follow radiation safety practices and ALARA principles.
Support X-ray imaging when needed.
Ensure safety sterile technique and report any equipment issues.
