Job Summary
Job Title:Senior Technical Consultant
Summary:This position supports a large-scale Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud environment by providing integration management security and optimization of key services. The role focuses on enhancing collaboration streamlining workflows and improving productivity across tools such as Power Platform OneDrive for Business SharePoint Online AvePoint Online Services Exchange Online Teams and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 Priority 4).
- Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments including optimizing data models monitoring resource utilization and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments including setup configuration and maintenance within a tenant
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate issues.
- Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements
- Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration
- Support configure and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.
- Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.
- Assist with creating and maintaining reference materials FAQs knowledge articles iTrain.
- Ensure all processes plans schedules and other written documents are completed timely.
- Provide bi-weekly status reports that encompasses schedule M365 deliverables for each tool action items risks mitigations escalations accomplishments and closures.
- Provide a monthly consolidated status report that provides the overall health of the M365 team.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment.
- Tier II Moderate clearance
