Job Summary
Join our Wealth Management Operations Team as a Part-Time Operations Specialist where youll support key functions across our Retirement Plan Services Investment and Personal Trust this role youll handle daily cash settlement and balancing approve cash disbursements generate fees reconcile accounts monitor advisor trades and assist with scanning and document management. Youll be an essential part of ensuring accuracy efficiency and smooth daily operations for both our team and our clients.
Were looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of financial services experience and a solid understanding of investment advisory products and fiduciary account structures. Strong analytical skills excellent communication and the ability to manage competing priorities are all key to success in this role. This is a part-time onsite position with a consistent weekday schedule-ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make an impact within a community-focused bank.
