Job Summary

Position Role: Lead Staff Officer for 77 Bde C4i activities and SME advisor for CIS CapDev and horizon scanning in support of Information Operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead C4i SME for 77 Bde providing technical advice to the Bde Comd. Represent the Bde interests at higher formation CIS WG.
Establish and maintain strong linkages with the C4i community to leverage core and novel capability and integrate into 77 Bde activity.
Identify and employ bespoke and novel ICS/CIS solutions. Develop plan and deliver capability and effect in support of ongoing Ops.
Provide manage and prioritise firm base (Tier 1-3) and deployable CIS. Establish and manage processes to enable and deliver output.
Ensure assurance is adhered to whilst enhancing protective measures. Anticipate technical and physical threats to Bde systems and networks.
Work in closely with 77 Bde Force Development to inform C4i CapDev.
Provide 77 Bde CIS SME advice to the planning and delivery of aspects of the Information Activities Programme.
As Head of Arm provide guidance and leadership for R SIGNALS personnel across the Bde and other lodger units on station.
