We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Entry Level Production Assistant at our dynamic and rapidly growing company. As an Entry Level Production Assistant you will be integral to our production team helping to facilitate day-to-day operations and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment
- Help maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Support the production team during shoots and events by fulfilling various on-site tasks
- Manage schedules and assist with coordinating logistics for production activities
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and document organization
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving production processes
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film media or a related field is a plus
- Strong interest in production and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and technology is a plus
