Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This position provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to enter the world of production and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with set preparation and breakdown for production shoots.
- Support the production team with equipment setup and maintenance.
- Help coordinate schedules and communicate with crew members and talent.
- Manage inventory of production supplies and materials ensuring everything is organized and available when needed.
- Document and log details of production activities and meetings for record-keeping.
- Shadow experienced production staff to learn about different roles and procedures.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience in production is a plus.
- Strong interest in the production industry and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
