Job Summary
As a Product Account Representative at Trillex Events you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative and dedicated team helping to elevate our events and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Provide exceptional customer service offering tailored solutions and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality event experiences.
Track and manage accounts ensuring timely communication and follow-up on all matters related to event planning.
Assist in product development and marketing efforts to enhance the client experience and increase event engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor offerings and new product opportunities.
