Job Summary

The Communications Assistant will support the development coordination and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging ensuring accurate information flow and enhancing client and vendor communication throughout the event planning process. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and thrives in a dynamic environment where clarity and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting editing and distributing communication materials including briefs updates and client correspondence.

  • Support communication efforts between internal departments to ensure aligned timelines priorities and project details.

  • Maintain and update communication logs documentation and scheduling records.

  • Coordinate with vendors partners and clients to gather information and ensure accurate delivery of event details.

  • Prepare written materials reports and summaries for project leads and management.

  • Ensure brand-consistent messaging across all communication channels.

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations proposals and event-related documentation.
