Accounts Payable Analyst (mf)

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European the space of 4 years it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa Middle-East and India and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance but also Human Resources.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Process invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately ensuring timely vendor compensation.

• Act as the primary point of contact for and expertly manage suppliers queries maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Execute detailed supplier reconciliations (both debtor and creditor balances) to guarantee data integrity.

• Perform standard controls and checks to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

• Process Advance/Urgent payments as required adhering to strict protocols.

• Provide valuable support on other essential operational tasks within the finance department.

Are you a MATCH

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy (Nice to have beneficial for career growth).

• More than 1 year of practical experience in a similar Accounts Payable or financial function.

• Experience in a Business Services Center is a plus.

• Experience working in a multinational company environment is desirable.

• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• Extra languages are valued.
