What this job involves:

As an Access Control Specialist you will be a key member of the team responsible formaintainingthe security and operational integrity of ourclientsfacilities whileexperiencing maintenance work.Your primary duties will include escorting maintenance contractors within restricted areas and performing a variety of administrative maintenance tasks to support the team.You will also be tasked with vendor coordination and will take on entry-level project management responsibilities for small maintenance and repair projects. This role is integral toensuringour facilities are secure well-maintained and efficiently run.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Required Qualifications:

Age 18 years or older with strong technical acumen and electronics troubleshooting skills

Valid California Drivers License or equivalent with ability to travel between client properties

Ability to work effectively in both structured and unstructured environments as a self-starter with strict attention to detail

Strong electronic communication skills for coordinating with team members managers JLL employees vendors and clients

Familiarity with general electrical and electronics safety procedures and protocols

Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure manage time effectively and work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities

Professional appearance and demeanor with strong teamwork mentality and collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications:
