- Oversee inventory ordering and procurement of ingredients and tools.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional pastry experiences.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Qualifications :
- Expertise in pastry techniques chocolate work and bakery production with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Efficient organized and financially savvy.
- Knowledgeable in food safety and quality standards with required HACCP certifications.
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
