Job Summary

We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Boy to join our team in Simsimah Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring a smooth work environment for all staff members.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces including meeting rooms and common areas
  • Assist with mail distribution document filing and basic administrative tasks
  • Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors
  • Run errands and perform courier duties as needed
  • Operate office equipment such as printers copiers and fax machines
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies
  • Support staff members with various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure adherence to office safety and security protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and efficient work environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment operation
  • Understanding of office safety and security protocols
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving items
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
