What Youll Do:

Welcome and assist prospective residents showcasing apartment features and community benefits
Handle phone inquiries service requests and resident concerns professionally
Complete lease applications verify information and prepare related paperwork
Maintain market awareness and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction
Inspect property grounds report maintenance needs and assist with move-outs
Support the Community Manager with reports surveys and resident communications
Ensure compliance with all rental laws and deliver exceptional customer service

What Were Looking For:

Self-motivated high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong communication and people skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); Yardi experience a plus
Coursework or interest in Real Estate or Property Management preferred
