General Need / Skill Set:

Communication: Must be excellent communicators who can bridge business technical; not overly technical.

Curiosity and autonomy: Self-starters with relentless curiosity who can organize/analyze data with little direction.

Excel (mandatory): Advanced formulas VLOOKUPs complex modeling SQL (nice-to-have): Ability to pull data directly; can be taught/assisted if not known.

Strong business acumen in Wealth/Banking/Insurance.

Ability to work directly with executives and produce clear actionable dashboards/insights.

Finance background or exposure is a plus (team member shifted to Finance skill overlap).
