Position Summary

The HR Director is responsible for delivering a broad range of strategic HR and talent services to organizational leaders. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management providing expertise in change management organizational effectiveness culture work environment and leadership development. The position requires a strong understanding of HR functions and frequently collaborates with business clients and HR partners in areas such as employee relations compensation performance management and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives.

  • Guide leaders through organizational change culture initiatives and workforce planning.

  • Provide expert support in areas including employee experience team effectiveness leadership development and retention strategies.

  • Partner with HR teams in employee relations compensation talent management and performance management.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and deliver insights to improve culture engagement and business performance.

  • Facilitate leadership discussions team interventions and developmental programs.

  • Support strategic initiatives such as organizational design succession planning and talent development.

  • Implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes.

  • Provide coaching to leaders and managers on talent leadership and employee engagement.

  • Manage complex change initiatives conflict resolution processes and group dynamics.

  • Lead or participate in HR projects ensuring successful execution and measurable results.

Experience Knowledge & Skills

  • 10 years of experience in HR business or client management including strategic talent planning engagement retention leadership development and culture or change management.

  • 5 years of people management experience (required).

  • Excellent leadership influence and negotiation capabilities.

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

  • Strong diagnostic analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to implement and execute complex HR initiatives.

  • Experience in building team effectiveness and leading group processes.

  • Skilled in change management conflict resolution and organizational dynamics.

  • Strong business acumen and project management abilities.

  • Expertise in process mapping situational assessment and objective evaluation.

  • Advanced written verbal presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strategic creative and systems-thinking orientation.
