We are seeking a dedicated licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare this vital role you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical careincluding both clinical and distributive servicesto patients served within our health system. Education:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience.
• Completion of an ASHP PGY-1 pharmacy residency in community practice or ambulatory care desirable

Experience:

• Must be able to proficiently read write and speak English
• Proficiency in navigating the electronic medical record
• One or more years of community pharmacy experience preferred
• One or more years of hospital pharmacy experience desirable

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Must maintain a current license to practice pharmacy in Iowa and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners
• Must attain a license to practice pharmacy in Iowa within six months of employment if not currently licensed
• Must be directly supervised by a licensed pharmacist until Iowa Pharmacist license is obtained
• Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
