We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will design and execute research studies analyze data and contribute to reports and publications. They will collaborate across departments and with external partners to support the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop research proposals including defining objectives and hypotheses
Design and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative studies (e.g. surveys interviews experiments)
Collect clean and analyze data using appropriate statistical software (e.g. R Python SPSS)
Interpret results and draft comprehensive reports white papers journal articles or presentations
Conduct literature reviews and maintain up-to-date knowledge of field developments
Assist with grant writing and funding proposals
Present findings to internal teams stakeholders or at conferences
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and research protocols (e.g. IRB data privacy)
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Masters degree or PhD in relevant field (e.g. social sciences biomedical sciences public policy economics data science)
2 years of proven research experience (academic non-profit private sector or government)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills
Proficiency with statistical and data analysis tools (e.g. R Python STATA NVivo)
Excellent written and oral communication
Critical thinking problem-solving and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with ethical research standards and procedures
Other:

Annual Salary Range: $70000 - $90000.
