The Global Commercial Strategy Organization a group within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Global Services and a member of Johnson & Johnsons family of companies is recruiting for a Global Compound Market Access Leader. This position will be based in Raritan NJ or Horsham PA.

The Global Compound Market Access Leader (CMAL) GU Oncology Early Pipeline & NBD reporting to the Global Senior CMAL Oncology Early Pipeline & NBD has the key leadership role of developing and shaping the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) trial designs and Market Access strategy for the assigned assets in the early GU Oncology portfolio. The CMAL provides strategic market access leadership across assets expertly representing market access within Compound Development Team and other global strategy teams building strong relationships and effective collaboration within the doing so the CMAL will shape key strategic decisions through input/contributions to Clinical Development and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans to ensure that strategic plans fully meet the needs of market access in key countries. The CMAL takes a lead in development of brand value propositions and collaborates through the (Extended) Market Access Team to support timely optimal input into CDPs & clinical trial designs to enable reimbursement in a highly challenging environment across diverse regions with complex and differing needs. The CMAL must understand the needs of markets and develop appropriate solutions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

164000 - 282900

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
