WANTED! An experienced residential Property Manager required to help oversee a busy local residential lettings portfolio. Youll handle maintenance tenancies renewals compliance and client communication while supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

A respected independent estate and lettings agency is seeking a knowledgeable Residential Property Manager to join their team in Ryde. You will manage a substantial lettings portfolio working closely with landlords tenants and contractors while contributing to a supportive office environment and benefiting from structured development opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing all aspects of residential property management
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating terms
Preparing tenancy agreements and serving notices
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Addressing enquiries professionally and promptly
Supporting colleagues with portfolio-related tasks

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in residential property management
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
High standard of customer service
Positive proactive attitude
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
Knowledge of current lettings regulations
