About the Role:
As a Branch Administrator this role involves a range of administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business area. Key responsibilities include managing callouts timesheets payroll and the completion of MCM jobs through to invoicing. The role also covers the handling of internal purchase orders and external invoices coordinating eLearning for operatives and subcontractors and producing reports for clients and the finance team. Regular updates are to be provided for weekly branch meetings.
The role supports administrative processes by ensuring accurate and timely recording of and responses to all communications in line with standard operating procedures. It also involves supporting administrative duties across local teams branches clients and internal departments. This includes managing material requisitions purchase orders invoicing and the prompt input of cost data to enable the completion and invoicing of work orders.
Providing a professional customer experience is central to the role requiring effective communication with service users clients and stakeholders while upholding high standards of health and safety. Collaboration with team membersincluding administrators operatives supervisors and subcontractorsis essential to deliver efficient and productive services.

To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
