Job Summary
Conco Construction a leading general contractor in the Wichita area is seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is ideal for someone with a friendly upbeat attitude strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors while being responsive to requests and supportive of coworkers
Maintain the lobby conference rooms and breakroom to ensure a clean organized and well-stocked environment
Answer screen and direct incoming calls; manage mail faxes and deliveries
Provide administrative support to teams including Human Resources Marketing Facilities Performance Business Development and Project Management
Assist with company communications employee events and general administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist front desk or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize competing needs
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment

Working Conditions:
Office environment
Work is primarily performed Monday through Friday with a consistent schedule
Physical Requirements:
Mostly sedentary sitting at a desk within an office environment. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms view a PC monitor talk and hear. Occasionally required to stand walk stoop or kneel
May at times lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
