私たちはDSPオーナーの成功を伴走型でサポートするアカウントマネージャーを募集していますアカウントマネージャーは新たにDSPプログラムに参加するDSPをリクルーティングチームから引継ぎ事業の立ち上げから拡大までをDSPオーナーと共に実現します
法人営業やサードパーティーベンダーの管理経験がある方また新規事業立ち上げや会社経営の経験がある方がこのポジションに向いています
アカウントマネージャーは担当するDSPの状況をタイムリーに理解しDSPの経営目標達成に向けて社内外のステークホルダーと協力します
不確定要素が多い環境に抵抗がなく毎日変わる問題に楽しんで取り組めること複数のプロジェクトを速いスピードで進行できることステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き変革に向けて前進することが求められます
Key job responsibilities
事業開始から拡大まで最高のDSPエクスペリエンスを提供するプロセスを設計実装する
DSPが日常的にコミュニケーションする窓口として事業拡大に伴って起きるDSPのオペレーション上の課題解決をサポートしDSPが高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境を整える
DSPとビジネスレビューを実施し新たなビジネスの可能性について議論すると共にベンチマークデータやインサイトを提供する
プログラムやプロセスの課題を見つけクロスファンクショナルチームと協力してスケーラブルな解決策を実現する
DSPとの信頼関係を構築し配送キャパシティの目標を達成する
DSPが稼働する配送拠点に出張し2-3日/週DSPに必要なサポートを提供する
A day in the life
Whats a day in the Amazon office like Benefits 6 years of experience in account/relationship management small business logistics retail/vendor/supplier management or managing external companies/key accounts.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) in a professional environment
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer partner or business performance issues
- Business level of Japanese
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Last Mile Operations or small parcel packaging experience
- Verbal written and presentation skills particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues
- Excellent project management skill
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to transform ideas into action
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
