The Position

As we continue to grow we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enhancing patient care by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy overseeing material handling and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of our diagnostic products. The Opportunity:
Receive all Spare Parts into the Storeroom ensuring reconciliation to supporting documentation (delivery notes receiving reports shipping notification AWB).
Issue spare parts only against a properly authorized requisition and adjust stock accordingly.
Assist in coordinating communications and arranging delivery with couriers (office departmental domestic and international).
Maintain a clean and orderly storeroom area.
Ensure the security of spare parts by controlling keys with access to the area.
Conduct selfimposed checks between perpetual records and actual stock investigating discrepancies and reporting to the Warehouse Lead.
Responsible for annual stock count and cycle counts
Initiate the return process for repairable parts.
Who you are!
Warehouse experience at least more than one year
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
English communication and writing skills
Google email and sheet
