You will work alongside experienced sourcing professionals in our Grid Solutions Grid System Integration business supporting supplier management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value in our projects.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support sourcing activities during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Revenue (OTR) stages.
- Assist in issuing supplier RFQs evaluating offers and maintaining accurate supplier records.
- Participate in supplier qualification processes performance reviews and risk assessments.
- Support negotiation preparations and participate in supplier discussions with senior team members.
- Learn and apply sourcing policies QMS requirements and digital Sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with engineering quality project management and commercial teams to meet timelines.
- Develop awareness of commodity sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Maintain high Quality Environment Health and Safety (QEHS) standards in all decisions and activities.

- Basic understanding of sourcing or supply chain concepts.
- Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt and take on challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Interest in the energy or electrical infrastructure industry.
