Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical supportto healthcare professionals during surgeries involving C-Arm systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshopsfor surgeons radiographers and OR staff to optimize system usage.
  • Offer proactive education and application trainingto healthcare providers using our installed base (IB).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiriesand enhance product efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfactionby addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
  • Stay updated on latest clinical trends and technological advancementsto enhance training quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Newly graduated or 2 years of experience at most.
  • Preferably technical knowledge or experiencein radiology biomedical engineering operating room technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment preferably C-Arm or fluoroscopy systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skillsto effectively educate healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a surgical environment providing real-time support during procedures.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
