Early Career Trainee Clinical Specialist to support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of C-Arm imaging systemsduring surgical procedures. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site clinical supportto healthcare professionals during surgeries involving C-Arm systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshopsfor surgeons radiographers and OR staff to optimize system usage.
- Offer proactive education and application trainingto healthcare providers using our installed base (IB).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiriesand enhance product efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfactionby addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
- Stay updated on latest clinical trends and technological advancementsto enhance training quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Newly graduated or 2 years of experience at most.
- Preferably technical knowledge or experiencein radiology biomedical engineering operating room technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment preferably C-Arm or fluoroscopy systems.
- Excellent communication and training skillsto effectively educate healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a surgical environment providing real-time support during procedures.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
