Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in similar QS roles preferably in industrial or largescale commercial projects
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Bluebeam (for takeoff) Excel (advanced) ERP Systems (e.g. Dynamics GP) Aconex MS Project (preferred)
Key Skills: Strong understanding of construction drawings (civil MEP structural) Excellent attention to detail Analytical and methodical thinking High level of accountability and ownership Good communication skills for coordination with Engineering Procurement and Finance teams
Certifications: MRICS or equivalent (preferred not required)
