Implementing the interface management global process
- Work on the Intgeration and Interface Test Issues Raised During T&C
Identifying interfaces within our standard products as they apply to various projects including environmental physical functional contractual regulatory procedural organizational and interpersonal
Creating context diagrams to visualize and clarify the interfaces between subsystems
Updating the Interface Control Matrix to include all interfaces between subsystems within the turnkey system
Defining interfaces and determining which require an Interface Control Document
Ensuring interface definitions are under change and configuration control
Communicating implementing and monitoring Project Plans and reporting interface issues against KPIs
Preparing the System Interface Management Plan for all projects
Supporting Governance and compliance with all Bombardier Interface Management policies
Conducting Risk Assessment and interfacing with CASRA project audits and External Audits (IRIS CMMI etc.)
Degree in Systems Engineering
Experience or understanding of requirements and interface management
Knowledge of interface management global processes
Familiarity with DOORS database management
Strong communication skills to effectively manage interfaces and report on KPIs
Proven ability to create and update Interface Control Matrices
Competence in creating context diagrams and defining system interfaces
Experience with governance and compliance to policies
Ability to perform risk assessments and interface with audits
Proficiency in managing system level requirements and maintaining traceability
Engineering or Electrical Degree
